I am

finally making an effort to get into shape.
Now Big Head and I are running a couple miles every few days, i am also doing crunches and leg throws at night (pure torture)
Right now we are at about 4 miles, and im doing 150 crunches and 75 leg throws. Whoo. Time for more pain, yay.

The core work (crunches and leg throws), is fine and dandy. But running a couple miles every few days aint gonna cut it :P.
